This full-day training in nonviolent conflict reconciliation. An integral part of Something New's programming is training in nonviolent conflict reconciliation titled New Way. New Way's goal is to train people how to effectively and peacefully handle conflict.
It is built upon the principles of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Chandi, and Nelson Mandela that promotes the idea of a "beloved community" where conflict exists, but is reconciled, and diversity is celebrated. This training will empower students to "overpower
preconceived nations and past experience, helping us to embrace forgiveness, understanding and acceptance."
